SUPPLIER DOCUMENT TRACKING

Supplier documents, without the scattered inbox.

A supplier record should tell your team what you have, what is missing, and what needs a decision. Tevley brings supplier evidence and your requirements into one purchaser-specific workspace.

For small procurement, operations, and compliance teams managing supplier PDFs in the United States and Canada.

01

Start with what your team actually needs

Different suppliers can need different evidence. Define your own requirements, assign responsibility, and use checklists or templates to give reviewers a consistent starting point. A requirement is your team's request—not proof that a document satisfies a law or standard.

Instead of relying on a file name or the last email in a thread, keep the supplier, original PDF, review status, and follow-up work together.

  • Request missing evidence from the relevant supplier.
  • Keep supplier records specific to your purchasing company.
  • Review original files rather than replacing them with an AI summary.
02

Let screening support the reviewer

AI-assisted screening can flag details that deserve attention. Your team still needs to inspect the evidence and decide whether to accept it for its own requirements. An AI finding and a human decision are separate records.

When a supplier provides a replacement PDF, select the earlier and newer evidence for an on-demand comparison. Review the cited source pages and the originals before deciding what the changes mean.

  • Original supplier PDFs remain available as submitted.
  • Selected replacement evidence can be compared with cited source pages.
  • Internal acceptance is not certificate authentication or legal certification.
03

Keep the next action visible

Use review and expiry dates where they are appropriate, and choose whether to enable renewal follow-up. Tevley supports evidence collection and review; it does not independently verify that a certificate issuer, signature, or supplier claim is genuine.

Start with a small supplier set, agree who owns each requirement, and review outstanding items regularly. The workspace helps organize that process without making the final compliance decision for you.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few clear answers.

Do suppliers need their own Tevley account?

Suppliers can submit evidence using their purchaser-specific invitation link without creating a workspace account. In the free sandbox, external supplier emails are held; share its capped single-use link manually.

Does Tevley replace a spreadsheet?

It can bring supplier evidence, requirements, and human review into one workspace instead of separate folders and tracking sheets. It is not a full procurement, inventory, or purchase-order system.

Can I try it before choosing a paid plan?

Yes. The free sandbox requires an account but no card, and has bounded lifetime capacity. It is separate from the eligible seven-day Stripe trial. See the current limits on the plans section.
